We Refuse
to Be Average.
God has not called us to manage ministry. He has called us to lead it. Every person on this team is here because they were trusted with something significant. That is not a small thing.

How We Work Together.
The PLC Lead Team is made up of those who are covenanting to serve the vision and mission of this house. This is not a title. This is a decision, a declaration that you are no longer simply attending this church, but building it.
This team spans every expression of ministry. It includes those who are leading people into worship. Those who are investing in our students. Those who are ensuring that every person who walks through our doors is welcomed, seen, and cared for. It includes those who are maintaining and honoring our spaces, keeping them clean, organized, and ready for what God wants to do in them. Every role is significant. Every lane matters. There is no small assignment in this house.
Not every person on this team is a decision-maker. Not everyone carries a department or has volunteers appointed to them. But every single person is a leader, because leadership is not just something that is given. Leadership is something that is modeled. It shows up in how you serve, how you carry yourself, how you treat people, and how you hold the vision even when no one is watching.
And here is the expectation that comes with that: every leader on this team should be discipling or developing another leader. You are not just here to serve. You are here to multiply. The measure of your leadership is not only what you build, but who you raise up.
This is the season that is requiring something more from all of us. As a church in expansion, with new campuses, new expressions, and new reach, we cannot move at the pace God is setting with a team mentality alone. We have to move like an army. Love like a family, yes. Collaborate like a team, absolutely. But when it is time to advance, we move like an army. Together. With urgency. Without hesitation.

Our Covenant.
Serving other people is sometimes the hardest, yet most honorable thing that we get to do each week. We shouldn't do it because we have to. We should do it because we get to.
PLC LeadTeam EthosBeing a part of the PLC staff and lead team is both a privilege and an extraordinary responsibility. This covenant is a commitment to uphold the values and vision of PLC as we grow, expand, and move from family to team to army.
By signing, I acknowledge the honor and weight of my role as a leader at Purpose Life Church. With God's help, I pledge to live a life worthy of this calling, striving for excellence, integrity, and love in all I do.
