REIGNITE is a 90-day strategy to rebuild connection, ownership, discipleship, and spiritual fire in Infusion Students. As school ends, graduations happen, and schedules shift, we are making this season intentional — believing these next three months will become one of the most transformational seasons in our student ministry’s history.
“I remind you to fan into flames the spiritual gift God gave you…” — 2 Timothy 1:6
Why These 90 Days Matter
We are entering a critical transition season. School is ending, graduations are happening, and families are shifting into summer rhythms. Some students enter this with excitement. Others enter with distraction, disconnection, or drift.
Infusion Students has walked through changes — leadership transitions, graduating seniors, attendance inconsistency, and students who have drifted relationally. The next 90 days are about knowing our students, rebuilding relationships, activating ownership, engaging parents, and creating environments where students encounter God and discover they belong.
INFUSION exists to create environments where students are infused with faith, identity, and purpose so they can confidently live for Christ in everyday life.
What We Are Building
REIGNITE Calendar
May 15 – August 15, 2026, with a Fall Launch through September. Two intentional touchpoints per month minimum. Every event has a purpose.
Official window: May 15 – Aug 15. Fields & Fire (8/1) and The Table (8/9) fall within scope. Worship Under the Stars (8/21) is the extended closing — the spiritual send-off students need heading into fall.
These dates extend beyond REIGNITE’s 90-day scope and mark the beginning of Infusion’s fall programming. Summer momentum flows directly into this launch season.
Weekly Playbook
Expand each week to see the theme, goal, leader emphasis, student ownership, and win.
Students should be present and may present — a tribute moment, a gift, or a prepared word. Their being there makes the night richer for everyone.
This night must feel spiritually weighty and memorable. Alumni + Emerge College integrated intentionally. Possible vibe: Jersey Night. Every leader prays by name over students before this night.
Student Voice
15 students completed the Infusion Plugged In form. Here’s what they told us — and how it’s shaping REIGNITE.
These are the Monday Bible Study themes for The Source. Students told us what they want — now we deliver it.
Podcast and Creative Media are both top-3. Launch The Frequency this season. Assign the team now.
Capture the Flag Glow Night is confirmed Fri 9/25. Skating and Bowling are strong October candidates.
Youth Takeover Sunday (6/14) and Outreach Day (6/4) directly deliver the top two Sunday interests.
🎙️ The Frequency — Infusion Podcast

📖 The Source — Summer Bible Challenge
“How to Study the Bible” and “Discover Your Spiritual Gifts” were the top growth requests from students. The Source is a structured summer Bible engagement plan built around Monday Bible Studies — extended into crew weekly challenges and the points system.
Bible Study attendance = 15 pts. Scripture memory = 10 pts per verse. Completing a weekly “Source Challenge” = 10 pts. Highest-scoring crew at Worship Under the Stars wins a summer-end celebration.

Re-Engagement Plan
Before we build a strong summer, we need to know where our students are. Every student gets personally contacted, checked on, and invited. This is shepherding, not event logistics.
Sample Re-Engagement Messages
“Hey, we’ve been thinking about you and wanted to check in. We’re starting something called REIGNITE, and we really want you to be part of it. Not just because there are events happening, but because you matter here.”
“Draft Night is coming up and we’re forming crews. We don’t want you floating around this summer. You need your people, and we want you in the room.”
“Just checking on you. How has life been with school ending and everything changing? No pressure — we just want you to know you’re seen and missed.”
Student Ownership
REIGNITE moves from leader-driven to student-owned. Leaders coach, equip, prepare, and release. Real roles, not pretend assignments. Responsibility creates investment. Investment creates consistency.
Every role needs a leader coach, clear task, start time, finish time, standard of excellence, and a debrief after every event.
Student Role Teams
Draft Night & Three Crews
Three crews keeps it manageable and tight. Every student has a smaller circle inside the larger ministry. Crews are a discipleship and belonging strategy — not just a competition format.

Parent Engagement Strategy
Parents are discipleship partners. Clear, consistent communication gives them what they need to support their student spiritually and practically throughout REIGNITE.
Parent Involvement Opportunities
How Leaders Lead During REIGNITE
Leaders are shepherds, coaches, culture carriers, and activators. These commitments define what leading during this season looks like.
The win is that students were equipped to help carry the ministry — not that leaders managed to pull off every event.

These markers define a transformational summer — not just a busy one.
Wins We’re Watching For
This Week’s Next Moves
Tap each item to mark done. These are the non-negotiables for right now.
Do not wait for a meeting. Each action below moves the mission forward this week.
REIGNITE is a commitment to shepherd students with intentionality during one of the most important transition windows of the year.
Students who have drifted can reconnect. Students who have been quiet can find their voice. Students who have only attended can begin to serve. Students who feel anonymous can find their crew. Students who are graduating can remain spiritually anchored.
We are using this summer to rebuild culture, strengthen discipleship, activate ownership, engage families, and infuse students with faith, identity, and purpose.
