The 90-Day Student Transformation Playbook
Infusion Student Ministries · May 15 – August 15, 2026
Reconnect.  Rebuild.  Reignite.

REIGNITE is a 90-day strategy to rebuild connection, ownership, discipleship, and spiritual fire in Infusion Students. As school ends, graduations happen, and schedules shift, we are making this season intentional — believing these next three months will become one of the most transformational seasons in our student ministry’s history.

“I remind you to fan into flames the spiritual gift God gave you…” — 2 Timothy 1:6

Foundation

Why These 90 Days Matter

We are entering a critical transition season. School is ending, graduations are happening, and families are shifting into summer rhythms. Some students enter this with excitement. Others enter with distraction, disconnection, or drift.

Infusion Students has walked through changes — leadership transitions, graduating seniors, attendance inconsistency, and students who have drifted relationally. The next 90 days are about knowing our students, rebuilding relationships, activating ownership, engaging parents, and creating environments where students encounter God and discover they belong.

Infusion Mission

INFUSION exists to create environments where students are infused with faith, identity, and purpose so they can confidently live for Christ in everyday life.

5 Core Priorities

What We Are Building

01
🤝 Personal Connection
Every student gets personally contacted, checked on, and invited. We disciple the students we know.
02
⭐ Student Ownership
Leaders equip students to serve, lead, create, welcome, pray, and build. Students shape ministry.
03
🔥 Spiritual Fire
Fun matters, but encounter is essential. Fire Night, Bible studies, prayer, and worship must be intentional.
04
👪 Parent Partnership
Parents know what we are building, why it matters, and how to support discipleship at home.
05
🏠 Culture & Belonging
Crews, team nights, and student-led responsibilities help every student feel known, needed, and connected.

Shepherding Strategy

Re-Engagement Plan

Before we build a strong summer, we need to know where our students are. Every student gets personally contacted, checked on, and invited. This is shepherding, not event logistics.

01
Core Students
Regular attenders ready to be activated into real responsibility.
→ Give them ownership
02
Semi-Engaged
Attend occasionally but lack consistent rhythm or community.
→ Invite into crews + Bible study
03
Disconnected
Absent a month or more. Relationship comes before invitation.
→ Check-in first, no guilt
04
New / Quiet
Present but not yet connected to community or crew.
→ Assign buddy, crew, or check-in
05
Alumni / College
Recently graduated, available for reintegration and mentorship.
→ Fire Night, panels, Bible study

Sample Re-Engagement Messages

For a reconnecting student

“Hey, we’ve been thinking about you and wanted to check in. We’re starting something called REIGNITE, and we really want you to be part of it. Not just because there are events happening, but because you matter here.”

For Draft Night

“Draft Night is coming up and we’re forming crews. We don’t want you floating around this summer. You need your people, and we want you in the room.”

For a quiet check-in

“Just checking on you. How has life been with school ending and everything changing? No pressure — we just want you to know you’re seen and missed.”

Empowerment Model

Student Ownership

REIGNITE moves from leader-driven to student-owned. Leaders coach, equip, prepare, and release. Real roles, not pretend assignments. Responsibility creates investment. Investment creates consistency.

Principle

Every role needs a leader coach, clear task, start time, finish time, standard of excellence, and a debrief after every event.

Leadership Standards

How Leaders Lead During REIGNITE

Leaders are shepherds, coaches, culture carriers, and activators. These commitments define what leading during this season looks like.

Be consistent — your presence matters to students
Personally engage students, not just other leaders
Notice quiet or disconnected students — go to them
Follow up mid-week, not only on Friday nights
Pray for students by name, every week
Invite students into real responsibility
Communicate clearly and proactively
Debrief honestly after every event
Celebrate wins publicly and specifically
Track touchpoints — know your students
Help students own the ministry, not just attend
Spread out in the room — avoid leader clusters
🏆
The Real Win

The win is that students were equipped to help carry the ministry — not that leaders managed to pull off every event.

Infusion Student Ministries
The Next 90 Days Matter.

REIGNITE is a commitment to shepherd students with intentionality during one of the most important transition windows of the year.

Students who have drifted can reconnect. Students who have been quiet can find their voice. Students who have only attended can begin to serve. Students who feel anonymous can find their crew. Students who are graduating can remain spiritually anchored.

We are using this summer to rebuild culture, strengthen discipleship, activate ownership, engage families, and infuse students with faith, identity, and purpose.

Let’s lead like they matter. ∞
