Transformed
starts daily.
Transformational Habits · Built Different, Daily
"If any of you wants to be my follower, you must give up your own way, take up your cross daily, and follow me."
Luke 9:23 · New Living TranslationTransformation is not
a moment. It's a method.
Easter brought a breakthrough. You felt it — in the room, in your spirit, in everything God released. But here is what I need you to understand: a moment does not build a life. What you do after the mountain determines whether you actually change.
Q2 is where we stop talking about transformation and start training for it. Four habits. Twelve weeks. A weekly scorecard that tells the truth. This is not a program — it is a practice. The Annual Theme is Transformed, and this quarter is where that word stops being a label and becomes a lifestyle.
Make it make sense. Built daily. Not occasionally.
"Don't copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think." — Romans 12:2, NLTEvery day is
a training day.
These are four non-negotiable rhythms. Practiced consistently, they will produce measurable transformation across every area of your life. Tap each habit to go deeper.
How We're Doing This
- First 20 minutes of the day — no phone, no scrolling, no noise
- 10 minutes: Read one scripture passage and reflect on it
- 10 minutes: Dedicated prayer and stillness before God
- Not "find time." Take the first time.
Why This Matters
You cannot sustain what you haven't nourished. Every breakthrough in your life traces back to a root — and the root is your relationship with God. The First 20 is not about spiritual performance. It is about staying connected to the source of your transformation. Who controls your first 20 controls your day.
"If you don't control your start, your day will control you."Measure It
- Track daily: Yes or No
- Goal is 5 of 7 days each week
- Log it in your Sunday check-in
- Worth up to 5 points on the weekly scorecard
- Share one thing God said with your accountability person
Choose Your Reset Category
No non-essential online purchases. 30-day pause before buying anything extra.
No scrolling before 9AM or after 9PM. Remove or limit one high-distraction app.
No TV or streaming Monday through Thursday. Replace with reading, journaling, or reflection.
Replace It With One Habit
- Reading — 10 pages daily
- Journaling — reflect and write daily
- Prayer walks — movement plus communion with God
- Skill building — invest in your growth daily
Measure It
- Daily: Did I cut it? Did I replace it?
- Goal is 5 of 7 days each week
- Log it in your Sunday check-in
- Worth up to 5 points on the weekly scorecard
- Tell your accountability person what you're cutting and what you're building
Choose Your Level
6,000 steps per day · 5 days per week · Weekly goal: 30,000 steps
8,000 to 10,000 steps per day · 5 days per week · Weekly goal: 45,000 to 50,000 steps
10,000 to 12,000+ steps per day · 5 to 6 days per week · Weekly goal: 60,000+ steps
Why This Matters
Your body is a temple — and how you steward it physically directly affects your capacity to show up spiritually, relationally, and professionally. Energy is not accidental. Discipline in the physical bleeds into every other area of your life. Add one longer walk per week — 30 to 60 minutes — as a bonus challenge.
"When your body moves, your life moves."Measure It
- Track daily with your phone or watch
- Log movement days in your Sunday check-in
- Goal: 5 of 7 days each week
- Worth up to 5 points on the weekly scorecard
- Community step totals will be shared church-wide
How to Structure It
- Choose one person this week — no waiting
- Set a recurring check-in day and time
- Keep it to 10 to 15 minutes — consistent beats long
- Optional: Form a group of 3 to 5 people
- Pray together at the end — every time
The 3 Questions to Ask
- Where were you consistent this week?
- Where did you fall short?
- What is your focus for next week?
Measure It
- Weekly: Did you check in? Yes or No
- Worth 1 point on the weekly scorecard
- No check-in means leaving a point on the board
- Accountability is not optional. It is structural.
This is
the game changer.
Last year we said take steps. This year we track them. Every week, your habits produce a score out of 16. See where you stand. Build your streak.
Begin where
you are.
Before you log a single week, take three minutes to set your commitments. When you name it, you own it. The moment you write it down, something shifts.
Choose one reset category for the quarter. Not all of them — one. Specificity beats ambition every time.
Choose your movement level for the quarter. Pick the one that stretches you without being unrealistic. Then name your accountability method.
This quarter — in front of God and your community — here is what you are building. Read it. Own it. Begin.
My Q2 Commitment
Your commitments are locked in. Now show up — daily, on purpose, no excuses. Log your first week and get your score.
How did you
show up this week?
Every Sunday, log your week. Not to impress anyone — to tell the truth and build the streak. Score yourself out of 16. Show up harder next week.
✦ First 20 — Days With God
Tap each day you locked in your First 20 before anything else.
◈ Cut and Replace
Tap each day you chose your replacement habit over the thing you're cutting.
◉ Move With Intention
Tap each day you completed your movement goal this week.
◎ Don't Drift. Check In.
Did you have your accountability check-in this week?
Week logged.
That's one more week on the board. Show up again next Sunday.
Ask yourself the real questions.
Don't just track your habits. Reflect on them. This is where real transformation happens.
The streak doesn't lie.
Your progress will appear here after you log your first weekly check-in.

We are not
building alone.
Across Harlem, the Bronx, Brooklyn, and Queens — your church family is building the same habits, at the same time, with the same God. Here is what we're building together.
This is not about doing everything.
It's about doing something — daily.
You don't need more ideas. You need a system. You don't need another moment. You need a rhythm. Every person who has experienced lasting transformation made the same decision — they stopped waiting and started showing up. This is your quarter. The church is building with you.
Make it make sense. Built daily. Not occasionally.
