REIGNITE is a 90-day strategy to rebuild connection, ownership, discipleship, and spiritual fire in Infusion Students. As school ends, graduations happen, and schedules shift, we are making this season intentional — believing these next three months will become one of the most transformational seasons in our student ministry’s history.
“I remind you to fan into flames the spiritual gift God gave you…” — 2 Timothy 1:6
FNL Setup Guide
These two design systems give Infusion a consistent, high-impact environment every Friday Night Live. Same room. Same chairs. Completely different feel depending on the night.
Minimal items. Maximum impact. Same chairs rearranged create four completely different environments for teaching nights, game nights, small groups, and open floor events.
A high-energy, engaging environment where students connect, play, and belong. Everything is portable, fast to set up, and designed to leave a lasting impact.
Why These 90 Days Matter
We are entering a critical transition season. School is ending, graduations are happening, and families are shifting into summer rhythms. Some students enter this with excitement. Others enter with distraction, disconnection, or drift.
Infusion Students has walked through changes — leadership transitions, graduating seniors, attendance inconsistency, and students who have drifted relationally. The next 90 days are about knowing our students, rebuilding relationships, activating ownership, engaging parents, and creating environments where students encounter God and discover they belong.
INFUSION exists to create environments where students are infused with faith, identity, and purpose so they can confidently live for Christ in everyday life.
What We Are Building
REIGNITE Calendar
May 15 – August 15, 2026, with a Fall Launch through September. Two intentional touchpoints per month minimum. Every event has a purpose.
Official window: May 15 – Aug 15. Fields & Fire (8/1) and The Table (8/9) fall within scope. Worship Under the Stars (8/21) is the extended closing — the spiritual send-off students need heading into fall.
These dates extend beyond REIGNITE’s 90-day scope and mark the beginning of Infusion’s fall programming. Summer momentum flows directly into this launch season.
This Week’s Next Moves
Expand each week to see the specific actions needed. Tap any item to mark it done. The first week is open by default.
Work through each week in sequence. Don’t wait for a meeting — each action below moves the mission forward. The “Prep for Next Week” column in the Week-by-Week Focus section keeps you one step ahead.
Weekly Playbook
Expand each week to see the theme, goal, leader emphasis, student ownership, and win.
Students should be present and may present — a tribute moment, a gift, or a prepared word. Their being there makes the night richer for everyone.
This night must feel spiritually weighty and memorable. Alumni + Emerge College integrated intentionally. Possible vibe: Jersey Night. Every leader prays by name over students before this night.
The Source — Monday Bible Study Schedule
All Monday sessions are held via Zoom. Assign a facilitator for each session and confirm the Zoom link is distributed in advance. Students earn 15 crew points per session attended.

Student Voice
15 individuals completed the Infusion Plugged In form. Here’s what they told us — and how it’s shaping REIGNITE.
These are the Monday Bible Study themes for The Source. Students told us what they want — now we deliver it.
Podcast and Creative Media are both top-3. Launch The Frequency this season. Assign the team now.
Capture the Flag Glow Night is confirmed Fri 9/25. Skating and Bowling are strong October candidates.
Youth Takeover Sunday (6/14) and Outreach Day (6/4) directly deliver the top two Sunday interests.

Student Outreach Roster
The names below are drawn from the Plugged In form — but this is a starting point, not the complete list. The real target is every student ages 11–19 connected to PLC, whether or not they filled out a form.
Some entries may be parents who registered on behalf of their child. Treat every contact as a personal outreach opportunity. Add any student ages 11–19 who is not listed. The goal is zero students in that range going uncontacted before May 15.
Student Role Teams
Draft Night & Three Crews
Three crews keeps it manageable and tight. Every student has a smaller circle inside the larger ministry. Crews are a discipleship and belonging strategy — not just a competition format.
Why This Layer Matters
🔗 How Advisors Connect to the Ministry
Each advisor connects to a specific part of the operational structure. They are not generalists — they plug into where their expertise actually matters.
✅ Who Should Be on This Team
Start with a personal conversation — not a form. Share the vision, explain what the advisory layer does, and ask specifically what they would bring to it. The best advisors are invited, not just asked.
7–10 members. Aim to have the team structure defined before Fire Night (6/19) so advisors can witness the spiritual momentum and feel connected to what they’re supporting.
👥 Advisory Role Descriptions
Use this table to communicate what each role actually does when inviting potential advisors. This is what they are saying yes to.
| Role | What This Advisor Brings to the Structure |
|---|---|
| Team Chair / Lead Advisor | Coordinates the YAT, communicates directly with youth leadership, ensures alignment with the ministry vision. The primary point of contact between the advisory layer and the core team. |
| Parent Representative (up to 3) | Advocates for students and families within the advisory layer. Bridges the gap between what parents are experiencing at home and what leadership is building. Helps mobilize parent engagement. |
| Resource & Finance Advisor | Brings financial acumen, budget oversight support, and fundraising strategy. Helps the ministry plan and spend sustainably. Can connect external funding sources. |
| Creative & Media Advisor | Provides professional creative direction for the brand, digital presence, and content strategy. Supports The Frequency and the Infusion visual identity over the long term. |
| Community & Outreach Advisor | Connects the ministry to community partnerships, service pipelines, and external visibility. Strengthens the outreach and mission arm of what we do. |
| Education & Life Skills Advisor | Brings depth in academics, career, financial literacy, or life development. Feeds directly into the topics students requested in the survey — Money Moves, Identity, and College Prep. |
| Alumni Representative | A recent Infusion graduate who advocates for current students, maintains a bridge between generations, and models what it looks like to transition faithfully from student ministry into adult life. |
| Spiritual Formation Advisor | A pastor, elder, or ministry leader who provides theological grounding, accountability for the discipleship direction, and wisdom on spiritual programming — Fire Night, The Source, and beyond. |

Fill the Event Coordinator, Media & Communications Lead, and Ministry Care Lead first — these three unlock everything else. Crew Coaches must be identified before Draft Night (5/22) so they know their students from night one.

How Leaders Lead During REIGNITE
Leaders are shepherds, coaches, culture carriers, and activators. These commitments define what leading during this season looks like.
The win is that students were equipped to help carry the ministry — not that leaders managed to pull off every event.
Operational Task List
Volunteers
Volunteers are adults and young adults who have made a committed decision to serve at Infusion Student Ministry events and gatherings. They are not the core leadership team — but they make the core team possible. Without a strong volunteer bench, events fall on too few people.
Core team members have defined ongoing roles and carry the ministry week to week. Volunteers are event-committed — they show up when called, serve in a specific capacity, and go deep on presence over responsibility. Both are essential. Neither replaces the other.
Week-by-Week Focus

What We Are Measuring
These markers define a transformational summer — not just a busy one.
Wins We’re Watching For
REIGNITE is a commitment to shepherd students with intentionality during one of the most important transition windows of the year.
Students who have drifted can reconnect. Students who have been quiet can find their voice. Students who have only attended can begin to serve. Students who feel anonymous can find their crew. Students who are graduating can remain spiritually anchored.
We are using this summer to rebuild culture, strengthen discipleship, activate ownership, engage families, and infuse students with faith, identity, and purpose.
