You have the ability with God’s help to play a crucial role in the life of an Orphan by Participating in the “Orphan Run 4 Hope Project”.
HOW?
By taking a Challenge to do a Charity Run 5k, 1/2 Marathon or full Marathon where you invite your friends, co-workers, and relatives to donate to HELP YOU Make a Significant Impact. In fact the whole family can be involved as we have three races; including a Family Fun Walk and 1K walk
ORPHAN RUN 4 HOPE PROJECT helps ordinary people do EXTRAORDINARY things!
BUT WHAT IF I AM A NON-RUNNER?
Non-Runners make Great Participants! The journey is spiritual and physical as you trust God to empower you toward better health and making a global impact. PLC will have a “Point Person” who will set up a “Couch to Race Day” training program designed to help you reach your race goal! God will help deal with any fear of not being able to complete the race. God will help you as you run for a cause that is special to His heart!
HOW DO I GET INVOLVED?
- Join the PLC Orphan Run 4 Hope TEAM and Register for the upcoming Race taking place on Saturday, July 21st at Bethpage State Park
- Once you register you will be sent a link to create your own personal webpage to assist your fundraising efforts
- Make a Significant Difference in the Life of an Orphan Child by getting sponsors and running/walking with the PLC team
Your involvement will help rescue and provide care
for over 6,700 Orphan Children in 25 Countries. You will be helping to provide a safe Christian upbringing for Orphan Children. DREAM BIG... YOU CAN DO IT.
