Transformation is not a moment.
It is a lifestyle.
As we have just stepped into Quarter Two, we have just experienced a breakthrough and some moments of growth in the first quarter. What we do after those high moments and after the mountaintop really determines whether we actually change.
This year's theme is Transformed. We started with a powerful fast as we were unforming. As Romans 12:2 says, we are being transformed by the renewal of our minds. We are now moving into Quarter Two where we are being intentional about transforming our habits into a lifestyle. Four habits. Ten weeks. A weekly scorecard that tells the truth. This is not a program. It is a practice.
Starting April 26th, every Sunday is our Weigh-In Day — the moment you score your week honestly, share the number with your accountability person, and set your intention for the week ahead.
"Don't copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think." — Romans 12:2, NLTEvery day is
a training day.
Four non-negotiable rhythms practiced consistently across ten weeks. Tap each habit to go deeper into what it looks like and why it matters.
How We're Doing This
- First 20 minutes of the day before your phone and before the noise
- 10 minutes: Read one scripture passage and reflect on it
- 10 minutes: Dedicated prayer and stillness before God
- Declare transformation over your family, your mind, and your day
- Pray scripture aloud — let it become your vocabulary
Why This Matters
You cannot sustain what you haven't nourished. Every breakthrough traces back to a root — and the root is your relationship with God. Who controls your first 20 controls your day.
Begin every session by declaring one thing over someone you are believing for. Let your prayer time become intercession, not just petition. "If you don't control your start, your day will control you."Measure It
- Track daily: Yes or No
- Goal is 5 of 7 days each week
- Log it every Sunday at Weigh-In
- Worth up to 5 points on the scorecard
- Share one thing God said with your accountability person

Move With Purpose
As you walk your neighborhood, pray for every household you pass. Believe for transformation in families, marriages, and students.
Once a week, walk around one of our ministry sites — Harlem, the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, or Belize — and ask God for expansion. Declare that this territory belongs to the Kingdom. "When your body moves with faith, territory shifts."Measure It

This is
the game changer.
Last year we said take steps. This year we track them. Every Sunday is your Weigh-In Day. Score yourself honestly out of 16 and build the streak.
Sunday Weigh-In — Every Week Without Exception
Every Sunday evening before midnight, sit down and score your week honestly. Log it on this page. Share your score with your accountability person. Set your intention for Monday. This is your weekly assessment. Five minutes. Every Sunday. No exceptions.
This is what separates the people who say they want to change from the people who actually do.
Begin where
you are.
Before you log a single week, take three minutes to name your commitments. When you name it, you own it.
We are not
building alone.
Across Harlem, the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, and Belize — your church family is building the same habits, walking the same neighborhoods, praying the same prayers. Here is what we're building together in real time.

This is not about doing everything.
It's about doing something — daily.
You don't need more ideas. You need a system. You don't need another moment. You need a rhythm. Every Sunday, weigh in. Be honest. Build the streak.
Make it make sense. Built daily. Not occasionally.
